A Simple Question with Enormous Impact

The question is a simple one.  But one that must be asked with a genuine intention to listen well and make some changes if needed.

Ask your employees regularly, “Are you happy with your work?” And then follow up with, “What can I do to improve your job satisfaction?”


By asking the question and then listening carefully, you can prevent unwanted turnover, show your team that you support them and encourage their improved performance.
